    f I could give 0 stars, I would. I am appalled by their service—avoid them at all costs if you value your time and sanity. They attempted to charge me for returning an item even though the delay was entirely their fault. The order arrived over a week late, forcing me to find an alternative. Now, they refuse to respond and are still trying to charge me for the return. Truly unacceptable.
