    Item arrived promptly but not as described. Item had missing power cable and monitor cables. Seller initially refused stating had sent, after challenging seller agreed to send cables. Then seller did not promptly dispatch cables, therefore return requested. Seller advised not to return item and then asked to return item. I promptly returned item but seller not yet refunded yet despite clear photo proof item not as described. Main point that seller needs to improve is their communication.
