Very easy transaction, extra care was placed on packaging. I have received products from other sellers before was on packaged in a flimsy bag. I really appreciate the extra cushioning to protect the item, even came with a note and origami. Shipped immediately after payment was completed and I received it within a few days. The company is very serious and efficient . We communicated allot and the item purchased arrived as described. . My only disappointment is that eBay not the company made me loose over euro 100 euros when I had to cancel the purchase due to wrong when they reversed it changing the currency . And when I wrote to you nobody acknowledged.

My purse was shipped and delivered quickly. It was packed carefully. Just know you will pay import fees but the seller states this in their listing so it shouldn’t be a surprise. For a $1600 purse it was $136 paid to DHL.
