The watch band was exactly as described. The band doesn’t even feel like silicone, it has the nice texture and is super comfortable to wear on your wrist. I had to cut my band since my watch bracelet is an integrated bracelet. USPS lost my first package and the seller graciously issued me a refund. I ordered a second band to replace the lost one. Then 12 days later the lost one was delivered. Great seller and excellent communication. I would definitely order from them again. 5 stars

Received different green strap. When contacted thew seller they send me another strap of different color. When contacting them again they don't send the correct strap but offer 20% refund... What am I supposed to do with a partial refund and a strap I didn't order and I don't want? Waste of time.
