Item returned damaged. Photos of the damaged item and damaged box sent to seller as requested. Seller said they would send a replacement item, then didn’t and stopped communicating. AVOID!!

This is from eBay: "We've closed your buyer's return because we have no record that they sent the item back to you." Therefore we did not send a replacement as you did not send the model back to us. The replacement model was waiting for you but in this case ebay closed it was you didn't send it.These are the rules via eBay its a damaged item send it back FOC once received we can refund or send a replacement.
