  The chrome rack was actually dark grey in colour. The rack arrived broken and after sending a picture clearly showing the breakage they deferred asking for more pictures and then disowned the complaint saying it was sent direct from the manufacturer and I would need to return it there. However, my purchase contract was with them. Don’t use them. They have no appreciation of what is customer service
