  This purchase turned into a costly lesson. Before the item even arrived, I requested a refund after discovering the same sculpture on the manufacturer’s website for half the price. The seller refused. When the package finally arrived, the sculpture was broken — and still the seller denied both a refund and a replacement. What concerns me most isn’t just the loss of money, but the seller’s unwillingness to take responsibility.

  The pricing was inconsistent. After I purchased, the seller lowered the price and added a coupon. When I asked about a price match, my order was canceled. I was willing to repurchase, but the item was never available again. My messages were ignored and the service was poor.

  The vendor said the size chart was only a guide, but it showed 12 unique sizes. I indicated the size I wanted, but they were unaccommodating. My order was closed after I didn’t respond to their refund notice, and their apology didn’t resolve the issue, leaving me with a frustrating experience.   Item shipped promptly and arrived as described. The shipping packaging left a lot to be desired though and arrived quite banged up. The lack of any additional cushioning material inside the box could've ended with the contents being damaged as a result, though thankfully they were not. Seller needs to do a bit better job with packaging in the future, but the items themselves are great. Thanks.
