    Seller shipped my order immediately. It was exactly as described. I did not know that this seller, Saify Beauty Shop, also operates as Hassan-Beauty-Store. I found out because my 2 orders shipped together. Per Royal Mail the total shipping charge for both my orders combined would be GBP 14.20. But I paid a total of GBP 48.94 for shipping. (the other order’s charge was 27.97) I do not mind paying a bit extra for handling…but 245% for handling? Seller: PLEASE ONE SHIPPING CHARGE PER PACKAGE!!!

    I was sent the cream version and not the emulsion as ordered. I contacted the seller who was happy to replace it. Unfortunately I ran out of moisturiser before I received postal voucher from the seller so I kept the cream and it is fine.
