  Ordered 200 balloons, received 101. No one understands that I received half my order. Saying send the 100 back and we will refund them but that’s not the issue I paid for 2 packs and received one!!! Communication is terrible. Issue not being sorted On top of that they advertised gold balloons and they were orange/yellow

  Really disappointed. Item arrived three days late after the last date of estimated arrival. Missed my daughters birthday. Asked for a return. Postage was half the price of the item. Asked a free return label and received no response. Balloons are the not the colour as per the photo. Would not purchase from them again.

  Bought 20 balloons for my daughter’s birthday party but only received 16 ? Contacted seller only to receive an automated response on her birthday which is too late, I replied to them explaining what had happened only to receive the same automated response i had the first time ? so no contact with the seller. Yes it’s only 4 ballon’s missing but i hate being ripped off and ignored, so a negative feedback from myself to this seller. Do what you will you have been warned.
