  Part did not fit car so wanted to return, he made a label no shop would accept i spent around £40 going around different shops then decided ill pay for my own label and ship it then he refunded missing 9p to mock it ? immature seller that is lying about parts. Even after he received the parcel back he wasn’t messing me i had to message around 3 times.

  We’re sorry the return process was frustrating. When the eBay label didn’t work, we provided a DHL label, but you still had issues. The refund was for the exact amount paid. The part fits the model stated in the listing, but the buyer later confirmed they had the 2023 version, which was noted as incompatible. We responded to all messages within the hour.
