    Good price for this box of bird fat balls. Arrived on the last day of the estimated delivery . The tracking was useless though as after the initial tracking number was provided there were no further updates on its progress and when it arrived without warning it was left on the roadside and the box was badly damaged. Luckily it had been put on an old wooden table so even though some of the fat balls were out of their packets and loose they hadn’t rolled far ! Good seller, poor delivery method !

    We use this product a lot and it is really very good, it’s very keenly priced from this seller … BUT they must package it better it was leaking on arrival, I have messaged them about this to so they can look into this. But all in all a reasonable buying experience ……. Will we use them again ? Yes, if they improve their packing

    Never got the item, the delivery driver just left it on the step along with another package that was very expensive, this driver does it with a lot of our neighbours also when I messaged seller no response so after 4 messages I informed eBay and 5 minutes later I got a refund, seller is rude not responding
