  Ebay and the seller were brilliant, but the courier (Yodel) managed to lose one of the packages and seemed incapable of finding and delivering it. In the end, I contacted the seller who sent a replacement package, which Yodel finally managed to deliver - late. Attempts to resolve the issue with Yodel proved fruitless, with their help desk being full of platitudes but not any real help
