I am happy with the price and quality of the rug but postage from Germany did not go smoothly. There was a problem with the item being held up at Customs and when the item was handed to a UK courier I only received delivery information from the seller rather than directly from the courier. The seller did communicate via eBay but I would recommend that they review their UK delivery process.

Rather a mix up. I ordered two matching carpets. The first arrived but the second was returned to the seller by customs. After I contacted the supplier and they resent the second carpet. This arrived but was different to the first. Turns out the first carpet had the wrong label. I can return it but pay the postage back to Germany! I now have two carpets together in my lounge that do not match. I like the carpet sent in error so will order a matching carpet. Both lovely, soft and good value.
