  No issue with the supplier A1 service It was a totally different matter with the courier service. Evri from telling me they had tried to deliver and there was no one in then a text saying sorry your delivery is running late and will be next day !!

  This item arrived without the inflatable balloon as shown in the accompanying photographs. Without this, it is impossible to roll up and store a jigsaw puzzle. A number of messages went back and forth, but the seller insisted l had received what l ordered. The culmination was an offer of 25% discount and to keep the (frankly useless) mat and give it to a family member. Their other suggestion was for me to return it at my expense. Although this was a cheap item it was still a waste of my money.
