  Very good foundation and well packed in boxes, arrived two days after the extractor even though it was combined shipping ,again down to the delivery company. This was a good price from a good seller ,let down by others.

Had an issue where no brackets or bolts/nuts provided. contacted vendor who acknowledged the issue and offered either a discount or to send brackets later. i elected for the discount. but the seller needs to remove the image where brackets are displayed, as none are provided. the item works fine for the cost.

  The item is good also the seller , but both were let down by the delivery the extractor arrived on the 10th of August on opening the box I found the polystyrene packing was smashed and where parts had moved around had dented the drum ,which I will have to put up with because I have honey that needs extracting.Damage cannot be blamed on the seller .
