  Purchased to hand crank my CJ3B. As others have mentioned, shipping from India to the states was lighting fast and the hand crank came quicker than expected. Customer service was top notch. I had two questions and both were responded to within 12-24 hours. Item arrived package like it was going to be run over by a tank. No exaggeration, it took me 15 minutes to unrap. Item looked brand new and freshly painted.

  Still waiting on parts, terrible communication, didn’t even respond after messaging first time. Was told they a packaging problem and mine didn’t get scanned. Which is fine and dandy but just let someone know. As of now if you order for a business, don’t. I’ll leave feed back again after and if I receive my parts. They told me 5-7 days. We’ll see wait item looks like like I said if and when I receive it.

  After I paid, the product page was changed and a different product than the one I wanted was sent to me. I have not received a reply to my inquiries. I think the shipping and packaging were appropriate. However, the product that was sent and the customer service were inappropriate.
