    Item was not as described screen was cracked in the bottom right corner seller said it mest have happened in transit however the parcel was in perfect condition, was given a £5 refund as good gesture this will only cover 25% of the cost of a replacement screen would of sent the item back but was without a phone

    I paid more for pink google home however a grey one was sent which I could have purchased for £15 cheaper. I contacted the seller who offered £5 refund for inconvenience but never sent and has not replied to messages since.
