    Quality Item, EXACTLY as shown, hardware shipped with door. Packed on a pallet with cardboard & plywood strapped on each side, door in bubble wrap and in perfect condition. Fast delivery. Communication was excellent. DHL Shipment tracking is weird, DHL never showed they had it, seller quickly clarified tracking & final delivery was by ESTES who showed accurate tracking progress. ESTES was easy delivery with dropgate & pallet jack, driver was great. VERY happy with seller & transaction!

    Nice board, but the shipping/packaging is grossly lacking. No box was used to ship the board. Seller slapped on a shipping label to the thin, clear plastic sheet that is used to cover the board for normal retail. As expected the board was damaged and plastic ripped in shipping. I am only giving a positive rating because the customer service and communication was excellent for a refund. I would NOT order again unless seller confirmed that the board is shipped in a cardboard box.
