    I'm very happy with the battery, but it took nearly two weeks for it to arrive. When it did arrive the promised tool kit was missing. The seller was apologetic and sent it separately. However, the time to respond to messages was dissappoitntly slow, and then it took a further two weeks to arrive. A positive review, but only because the battery is good, and neutral seems too harsh. The seller needs to raise their game.

    Item sent Royal Mail 2 day delivery, seller advised “delivery expected Saturday “ but of course Royal Mail do not deliver weekends . not in our area anyway. Item arrived Monday , on unpacking I discover that a small pack of tools were included with the phone battery that had been ordered. The price was far cheaper than many others advertised on eBay,was the genuine battery, and I am well chuffed . Highly recommended.
