Emailed seller twice asking for either a replacement or a refund. Received a refund. Will not buy from this seller again as packaging is substandard. Padded envelopes should be used to protect contents.

    I'm very happy with the battery, but it took nearly two weeks for it to arrive. When it did arrive the promised tool kit was missing. The seller was apologetic and sent it separately. However, the time to respond to messages was dissappoitntly slow, and then it took a further two weeks to arrive. A positive review, but only because the battery is good, and neutral seems too harsh. The seller needs to raise their game.
