  The item was shipped in a very well-packed box with copious bubble wrap being used. The cafetiere looked fine upon inspection however when I first tried to use it it cracked due to the heat. The seller then contacted me to refund the money which I am grateful for. Although the item didn t work as intended, I still appreciate an honest business when I see one.
