    I ordered these for a trip and expected them 2 days before I went. They had not arried 1 day before the trip so I contacted the seller. Anna contacted me straight away and apologized saying it was with the Royal Mail, but offered a full refund and if they arrived whilst I was away just to keep them. Then they arrived in time for my holiday. Full marks to Anna for her swift and appropriate response. The flies are great too.
