  Shipping is always a bit slow, usually takes about a week for them to get things moving. But they're a small company, and the product is amazing. They also box the heck out of cymbals when they ship. Cymbals usually come about as described, this particular cymbal was a little drier (imo) than expected, but this stuff is pretty subjective and everything I've bought has sounded great.. incredible value for the money.
