Doll arrived missing paint. I messaged seller politely, they initially offered me a partial refund which I replied accepting. However they never issued it so I messaged several times chasing it up but still nothing. I spoke to eBay and discovered the seller had actually BLOCKED ME after selling me the damaged item! This meant I couldn’t communicate as they couldn’t see any of the messages I sent. Never got my partial refund. Got a damaged product & blocked! Well I never! Unprofessional! 👎
