Item as described, outer box was slightly tatty from previously being opened, but inner packaging was fully intact. No issues with this monitor, which now sits side-by-side my slightly different variant of the same model, nice to have a matching dual screen setup again. Dispatch was fairly quick and delivery was on time, I feel the price was very reasonable in this transaction, and will definitely be looking at Samsung's eBay storefront again.

Delivery took ages, I ordered on the 26th for an estimated delivery of 29th Sep - 3 Oct but only received today on the 6th. I contacted seller on Ebay and got a response fairly quickly to explain the delay was due to an issue beyond their control. Great customer service despite lack of updates, I was sent some discount. I received the item today after much anticipation. It was brand new and no sign of box being opened before. It is a super cool and pretty Smart Monitor, a breeze to set up!!
