Received my Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds today, both left and right-ear units. I paired them with my storage case and fully charged them. Once the set-up was complete, I fired them up and was not dissapointed! They sound incredible and are a tremendous value when compared to the same exact pair new!

  Absolutely thrilled with this company. Provided great detail on the product I was interested in, followed up to be sure I was ordering the right version before they sent the item. The item was delivered promptly and well packaged. Then, after I got the product, I couldn’t get it to set up correctly. They went waaaaaaaaay out of their way to help me to get it working.   The buyer took the time to message me and reconfirm that my software version of the right earbud matched up to the left earbud that was being sold. Of course, I confirmed that before purchasing but I respect that they went out of their way to make sure all was well just in case that was missed in the description before shipping the item. The left earbud is paired with no issues and works like it was the original. It came quickly and in like new condition with an additional. earbud tip.
