    Incorrect item received. Contacted seller. Asked me to return and let him know cost of postage, which I did. Received the correct replacement but not the cost of the postage to return incorrect item, although sent copy of receipt and requested twice. Should have read the other feedback, seems to be a pattern for this seller….

    This seller operates several businesses. I didn't realise that. We got sent a wrong item by his other business. I returned and had a refund (postage costs not refunded as promised). I ordered from a different seller, who turned out to be the same seller. Ordered black and green dots again, with a built in screen. Got sent a plain black one with separate screen protector again. It doesn't seem to matter what colour you order, you just get sent a black one.
