good service by the seller let down by DHL. They used Parcel Force in the UK leg, and said they attempted to deliver two weeks ago. No card left so unaware attempt had been made or where they had been taken. Tracking was in German which I cannot speak. After two days of passed from pillar to post by DHL Germany, DHL UK, Parcel force and The Post Office, DHL finally owned up and said which Post Office they had been left at. So two weeks late finally have my item. Not good journey.
