I am housebound and specifically asked Evri for a little extra time to answer the door. Totally ignored! But worse still is they NEVER knock or ring my doorbell. They leave the package and then send an email to say it’s been delivered about an hour later. This item was delivered last night and an email sent to me at 9.15pm. So I didn’t see it until the next morning. Very annoying! Change courier please.

It was supposed to be next day delivery, but did not arrive until the third day. I believe the seller tried to get it sorted but the tracker was never updated by the company. So even on the day it was delivered I gas no idea that it as coming. Had I been able to purchase the paint locally I would have done so as the job was delayed.

Delivery by EvRI was a let down, with the parcel thrown over the fence. Recommend seller deselects EvRI from options, but otherwise great.
