Arrived in its original packaging, securely packed. Only negative was the delivery company dropping it over my garden gate onto a concrete floor because they couldn't be bothered to knock on the front door to hand it to me.     Thanks - Received at the weekend with many thanks.Quick despatch/delivery.Excellent seller with excellent communication.Item as described but has a small flaw which does not affect the operation of the item.Happy with the price of the item.Packaging/Box was some damage but the box will be thrown away.I have the grab rail mounted on the wall at the top of the stairs which is ideal for me as I also have to carry my small (heavy) shih tzu dog up stairs with me.Happy with my purchase.5*Seller.

    Illustrated and advertised as having wide all terrain wheels, but when it arrived ( well packaged) it had narrow wheels. Seller resolved by offering a substantial discount which I was happy to accept as the product overall was of good quality. Lets hope I don't get stuck in the mud... Postage was fair and it arrived quickly... Will buy again from Scope for their customer service alone...
