    I pre-ordered this item for my collection and received it with a large dice sealed inside the wrap, which was disappointing at first. The seller was genuinely surprised about the issue and immediately offered a full refund. Instead, I decided to keep it and open it with my kids. I also offered to purchase another one for my collection, and the seller kindly honored my original price and even added a discount. Excellent communication and customer service definitely a seller I recommend.

    The product arrived as described although the package was a bit damaged in wasn't the fault of the seller for it was well protected & damaged during shipping. The quality of the box was great & I hit some cool cards & a case hit "Metal Autograph' which was wicked. The condition of the box was fine although the box it was shipped in was damaged. I would recommend this seller & definitely order from them again, it was a great price for this product & arrived fairly fast although I live in Canada.
