Seller explained that it was just the vest the battery pack was sold separately and when I told them the listing was misleading or unclear they revised it to be more easily understood. I must say the vest with a battery pack for $30 seemed like a good deal to me. But honestly just the vest alone for $30 ...not so much of a deal. Returns to China R 2 much of hassle.
