  Advertised as a used antique necklace as in the listing photos. I nodded for the necklace, believing it to be as advertised. Didn't pay straight away. The seller contacted me with aggressively toned messages asking if I intended on buying the item. With apologies, I bought it. The item arrived and is clearly not the same as advertised. It's modern, in original packaging. Appears to be from a cheap website. It is also chipped. Seller then aggressive and rude when challenged.

  It was not advertised as antique on the listing. It was advertised as ANTIQUE GOLD TONE. I was not aggressive in any way. I politely asked if you still wanted the necklace. The wrong necklace was sent by mistake but instead of messaging and letting me know in a proper manner you start with accusations of a nasty kind. I refunded immediately after the photo was sent to me. I’ve never had problems of this kind with my buyers before and hopefully won’t again
