It is simply not possible to maintain these standards that the buyer gets from this bookseller. Excellent in every regard. Pristine books, great value, excellent communication, perfect packaging, books never get damaged in transit. IT JUST ISN’T HUMANLY POSSIBLE. But maybe that’s what it is…….IAN ISN’T HUMAN. I think we are dealing with the supernatural!!!
