  The seller was great and they packaged the product well. Unfortunately, it was broken upon arrival. I contacted them and sent them photos and they initiated a refund within the hour! That's great customer service. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

  This order was waaaaaay delayed in arriving but it was not due to the seller in any way. Once alerted to the situation, seller responded with alacrity and concern and promised to f/u. Eventually the delivery arrived and the items were packed soooo well and she even included a blade to help with the unpacking. All items arrived intact, no damage at all and this was all the way to Hawaii! Seller communicated with me from time to time to apologize for the delay and to keep in touch. Top seller!
