  I was led to believe I was buying a Janome foot, but it’s just cheap tat that fits a Janome! It was supposed to arrive by the 4th-6th of August and only got posted on the 12th! Too late for the buttonholes I needed to make! I messaged them and they didn’t even have the decency to reply or apologise. I would not recommend them at all. Terrible experience.

  Item took weeks to arrive and then it was the wrong item! The item was for someone else and it had someone else’s invoice enclosed. I have tried to contact seller a number of times but they do not respond. I’m now hoping that eBay can help. However, looking at previous feedback, the seller is notorious for not responding and bad service. Wish I’d read the reviews properly. Stay away from this seller!!!

  Took over a week and two chase-up messages before it was despatched. When it arrived it was the wrong length. (was advertised as 200mm, item delivered was 210mm). Request for replacement or refund was ignored.
