  Hi There, I owe you something of an apology. I have been dissatisfied with the tracking of your parcel but is was delivered this morning soon after I'd dispatched my email. My criticism, was that for the first time I received some useful tracking detail it was telling me that the delivery was running behind schedule. Anyhow, eventually arrived ON SCHEDULE at around 0945hrs today. When I order more items, I would rather not have a tracking system that only tells us what we know. Kind Reg
