    After placing the order the seller quickly contact me to confirm the items/ parts application, so that I received the correct parts, which saves a lot of hassle if I were to have received the incorrect parts. Product/ parts arrived well packaged and correct as ordered. Genuine Makita parts that fixed my drill, and saved me over £100 if I had to buy a new drill. Great seller.

    Deliberately misleading image of a 10 pack when only 2 were actually being sold. Including postage each disc cost me £2.62 I have since bought a proper 10 pack from a reputable supplier at 70p per disc inc postage. This seller has conned me and ripped me off. Stupidly placed a second order for a different grade of sanding disc and was charged postage again even tho the seller sent both orders in the same envelope. Appalling and damages my readiness to use eBay in future.

    BUYER HAS MISS UNDERSTOOD THE LISTING IT CLEARLY HAS A DROP DOWN MENU AND IS ALSO CLEAR IN THE BODY OF THE LISTING QUANTITIES ASKING YOU HOW MANY DISKS YOU WANT AND HE HAS SELECTED WHAT HE WANTED AND THEN HAS GIVEN UN FAIR FEEDBACK WE CONTACTED HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY AND HELP BUT HE NEVER REPLIED BACK
