It arrived on 03/01 ten days before it was scheduled to arrive, the parcel arrived with the contents in perfect condition, was well wrapped, and waterproof, the product is brilliant, the snake is well made, the quality is fab, the detail is delightful, the colour is vibrant.   Packaging very poor quality causing damage to item; which arrived pretty much destroyed and completely unusable. Customer service response was to offer a partial refund. No response to request for full refund. Really fed up with unscrupulous sellers like this one. Over to you eBay!
