  awful experience with this seller. The item I ordered was advertised as a pink light up shell. PINK was the specific colour needed and wanted. Once delivered this item was infact GOLD. When i reached out to the seller, he told me this was the only colour he had in stock. I explained I would like a refund of the price i paid £19.79 in return of the item to be shipped back to him. He offered me a £5 refund to begin with. Then a £12 refund. So i am a item down and money down too! Be wary!!!

  Sunflowers are beautiful and arrived perfectly but The bunches only have 3 heads on each as shown in the photos, but the advert states clearly 7 heads per bunch. I contacted the seller several times just asking for what I paid for but they just made excuses. I have taken it further so we'll see if ebay actually do anything but I'm not holding my breath
