  Arrived today 8/30/25. Button is in perfect condition and made of high quality material. Appearance of the button is pristine - new like in description. However, the card this item came with arrived with a bad crease that ruins it entirely, so future packaging should be a bit tougher. Overall am satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.

  I have been in close contact with the seller to correct an item I purchased. It was the wrong colour and the smell was strong. They offered to send a new one out and recommended to leave the product in the air for a few days to improve the smell. The new product has yet to arrive, but they let me see the completed piece before shipping to make sure I was happy. The original product has been left in the air and the smell has improved.
