They offered to send a new one out and recommended to leave the product in the air for a few days to improve the smell. The new product has yet to arrive, but they let me see the completed piece before shipping to make sure I was happy. The original product has been left in the air and the smell has improved. Not completely gone, but much better. Great Customer service.

It also arrived somewhat quickly, I expected it to take another week or two but arrived at a good time. I didn't read the description so the sized (it being smaller) did shock me but it lines up with the size stated in the description. Overall it came securely and I'm very happy with them!
