This seller is amazing and genuinely nice people to deal with. I bought my partner this wonderful bracelet although it turned out to be 0.5" too short for her wrist size. We made an appointment at there base in Hatton Garden and they were so helpful and friendly. We paid the price difference for the size increase and their workshop put extra links in to make 7.5". All returned back within the same week. Excellent service and a very trusted seller. High quality products.

Communication was fantastic the entire transaction: from price negotiation all the way through to authentication and delivery. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks, Looks decent. Some diamonds are less clear than others. Also, it did not come with the nice light up box like others mentioned. Also, for buyers outside the UK (ie. USA) there is no official cert of authenticity, and a similar cert gets emailed. Clasp is not the greatest quality either. But hey, for the price of this many carats it is worth these concessions.

Problen with ebay authentication but decided to buy direct from this seller when we found out why it had failed. Authentication said the gold wasn't hallmarked. Seller sent us an image which clearly showed the hallmark. When we received it, it was just as described and my wife is very happy with the bracelet.
