    Great company to deal with. First order was misplaced but they quickly refunded me and I reordered the item. I opted for next day delivery and it arrived at 8.30am the following day, excellent service. The freezer itself is as described, couple of dings and one of the feet was damaged but I've managed to wedge it with some wood. The freezer is very spacious and works perfectly. I would definitely order from this company again and highly recommend them.

    Avoid! Cowboys! I waited in over 2 weeks, daily, for delivery, asking daily and told nothing. They said I'd get a call, it appeared with no call. The pics on the advert had the fridge out of a box. It came &there was no hinge on the door! This happened afterwards or would be advertised. Graded is a feeble excuse from total COWBOYS! I'm disabled & have been through hell for weeks over this, no communication, no customer care. Now lies over their inept sales. eBay are on the case for me.

    absolutely amazing service, the fridge arrived the next day, well packaged, as described, in fact better than described as i purchased a new fridge but with dents or marks and i can only see 1 teeny-tiny dent. Its a decent size, spacious for an under counter fridge. I love it, thank you.

    I will not turn on this fridge for 48 hours to give it the best chance. I received it delivered by one man who bumped it up every stair (second floor) while it was upside down. The box is clearly marked showing which way it should be stored. The box was burst and the fridge has a bash at the back and there is a burst inside the door. I should probably have rejected it. I will send photos of the damage if the fridge does not work.

    Delivery box damaged. Complained about parking. Complained about location. Complained about having to walk it here because they didn't have the correct equipment. Then told me he wasn't willing to actually complete the delivery. Proceeded to take photos of delivery and my front door. Without my knowing. And walked away. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The whole delivery process was a nightmare. 3 "attempted deliveries" delivery notes clearly stated correct and easy way of delivery but totally ignored.
