    if you are thinking about buying this rug. don’t. it doesn’t look like the picture and it comes looking used and full of hair. when i was trying to return the rug. the seller really thought i was going to pay 170$ to ship back their rug. so i asked ebay to step in. and ebay said either they pay for my shipping label or i get to keep the rug and get my refund. ofc the seller cooperated after and prepaid my shipping label all thanks to ebay. don’t get scam yall. text ebay for 100% support.

    Excellent Quality. Really, the rug is very, very nice. Here's my issue: I found the color to be much whiter than the pics. Customer service responded quickly to my request to use their return policy. Unfortunately, they told me I had to pay the shipping and then they'd reimburse me. That would normally be fine BUT it was going to cost me over $100 up front. In the end they offered me 20% off & to keep the rug which I accepted, but wasn't very happy with how their return policy actually is.
