I reported this expecting an apology, & more sent out, but was treated with disbelief, & claims of 'we weighed it & photographed it' without showing me. I pointed out that somewhere between their warehouse & their courier they'd gone awol. "Royal Mail said they delivered & here's a pic". A pic of a package containing half of what I paid for. This seller has zero customer empathy. Avoid
