  The seller was very communicative and went above and beyond to inform me about the delivery times and make sure I was satisfied. Shipping time took 19 days but I already know since it comes from India,waiting was worth it because the item arrived exactly as described. Excellent customer service, (I would absolutely recommend!)   The seller was very slow in shipping this item. I had to send an inquiry before it was shipped. Because of this delay, the item ended up being stuck in a postal strike in my country which further needlessly delayed delivery. It would not have been an issue if it had been shipped promptly. Also, the item was advertised as new and unopened. In reality, it had been opened and there is a scratch on the handle. There was also zero communication from the seller. I do not recommend this seller.
