I had an issue with a pair of trainers which was a manufacturers fault, this seller got straight back to me to resolve the issue, promptly sent me a free returns label and give me a full refund as soon as the received my return.     Item sent is different colour to photo . However seller thinks this is acceptable as nothing wrong with item apart from colour ! . Had these before and these are way off the sandy colour . Seller agreed to refund my return postage of £5.35 as item not as description or photo . However now refuses to . Only £5.35 but it’s the principle and the fact seller lied stating they would refund my return postage .

    The item only comes in one colour for the last 20 years this item was bought by the buyer previously nothing has been changed to its colour or style, Buyer trying to avoid return postage costs when clearly in our listing states buyer responsible for return postage costs
