    The mules were ordered as a gift for Christmas. As usual I paid immediately on Ordering. When the mules arrived they were not the size I had ordered but I felt, because of time restrictions, that I had no choice but to post them to my friend even though they were a larger size than I ordered. I contacted the Seller and sent photos of the Labels as proof. After a bit of Messaging toing and froing, the Company gave me a full refund. Buy with confidence from this excellent Seller.

    Received a size 3 sandal in a size 5 box. Not good and the communication was lip service - it was very much up to me to prove the problem and the refund took a long time. There was not much in the way of an apology, an initial "I'm sorry you are having trouble with your order" was it. Never any offer to put it right, no offer of the correct size replacement. Felt very anxious about getting my money back, not "Shuperb" service at all frankly.
