    I ordered the duvet in error. I contacted the seller and explained my mistake. The seller halted the dispatch and proceeded to refund This was made difficult by ebay because the only way a refund could be made was if a refund request had been instigated by me. This was very patiently explained to me by the seller I did this and the money was promptly returned I greatly appreciated this. I will of course buy again with confidence when the need arises.
