  I am leaving positive feedback as the seller service was good despite the item being far from indestructable as described . it took less than 2 hours for a 9 mth old dog to destroy it. I contacted the seller and they offerred a refund or replacement or a partial refund , which I opted for as I had thrown away the packaging and didn't want to go to the trouble of sending it back as it would have cost what I would have made back.. I would buy from this seller again, just not the same dog toy.
