    The flower memorial wreath was good quality, condition and value. The box it came in was squashed, but the flowers were ok. The delivery date was stated, but it did not arrive that day, I had to track and that was no good and it arrived the next day of which I was grateful.

    very upset over this purchase as i ordered Royal Blue roses and got sent white ones as Royal Blue was not available i was not aware of this if i was notified i would have been able to cancel the order seller did offer for me to return i explained to seller i have not done this before and due to health reasons i was unable to return i did not feel that this was a good experience at such a difficult time even though seller did say 10% discount caused a lot of distress would not purchase again
